When Weight Loss Medication Is Everywhere

BMI = weight (Square the height)

The weight classification of a person can be based on the BMI computation:

Overweight: BMI of 25 to 29
Obese: BMI is equal of greater than 30

Women: Current Weight = Wweight (lbs) x 12
Men: Current Weight = Mweight (lbs) x 15

If the current weight is not desirable, one can adjust by assigning a Desired Weight (lbs) multiplied by 12 or 15. Calorie counting is important in sensible weight loss because one takes the full responsibility of discipline by practicing good habit. In this way, one can only cheat or win the fight to be fit at one’s discretion. The whole process of observing food intake is very natural, no medicines, good habit forming and effective.

Another thing to consider as important information on weight loss is what makes a person gain weight. Fat is equal to FAT and no any other meaning. It is not true that loads of carbohydrates can make one fat. Carbohydrates are converted as stored energy. Fats go along with natural ones from animal fat, nuts and oily sources. It may give a little wondering why even though vegetable salads cover most of the diet still it makes a person fat. It is the tons of dressing that serves as culprit and not the vegetables in it.

Food is the gasoline that runs the body. It stabilizes all our bodily functions to make our days productive. But too much of it is shown evidently as permanent marks in unwanted areas of the body.
